Our
Story

Racquetball is fast, explosive, and incredibly demanding on the body—especially as we stay active longer. The quick starts, hard stops, lateral cuts, and repetitive swings place significant stress on the knees, ankles, Achilles tendon, shoulders, elbows, and lower back. Over time, these forces can lead to common issues like knee pain, Achilles strain, shoulder and elbow overuse injuries, ankle sprains, and low-back discomfort. Many of these injuries don’t happen from one big moment, but from repeated stress combined with fatigue, limited mobility, or lack of strength in key stabilizing muscles.

As more active adults continue playing racquet sports well into their 40s, 50s, and beyond, the demand for intentional injury-prevention training has never been higher. Simply “playing more” isn’t enough to protect the body. Smart training that builds joint stability, improves mobility, strengthens deceleration and rotational control, and prepares the body for the speed of the game is essential. Injury-prevention training allows athletes to move with confidence, recover faster, and continue playing the sports they love—without being sidelined by preventable injuries.

If you find yourself in the majority of athletes wanting to take a proactive approach to stay on the court or field, your in the right place.  We do the work to provide tailored programming focused on injury prevention so you can do the work, so you don't hurt.
